These terms govern your use of Flaunto, a service operated by NIOVI Organics Pty Ltd (ABN 60 619 527 374), trading as Flaunto. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Flaunto helps Shopify brands turn their product catalog into social media content using AI. The service is provided as a hosted SaaS — features evolve over time, with backwards incompatible changes communicated by email.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per business (you may add additional team members under your plan).
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- During alpha, sign-up is invite-only — see request early access.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, mass solicitation, or impersonation.
- No automated mass posting outside the Flaunto scheduler.
- No content that violates the policies of the platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) or applicable law.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing and per-plan limits are listed on the pricing page. The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial that starts when you complete checkout — you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Plan changes are pro-rated by Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
Limits and overages. Each plan has monthly limits for captions, images, and videos. During the alpha, exceeding your video cap blocks further generation until the next billing cycle or a plan upgrade — there are no automatic overage charges.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, and the content Flaunto generates on your behalf. You grant Flaunto a non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service (for example, to publish to a social platform or generate a derivative image).
Flaunto retains all rights to the underlying software, models, and aggregate non-personalized usage data.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect a Shopify store or a Meta Instagram account, your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. We access only the scopes you authorize during the OAuth flow.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (with notice where reasonable) and refund any unused prepaid time at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers
Flaunto is provided as is. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be free of errors or violations of third-party rules. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update these terms; material changes are communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
