Flaunto is operated by NIOVI Organics Pty Ltd (ABN 60 619 527 374), trading as Flaunto. You can ask us to delete your account and the data we hold about you at any time.
1. How to request deletion
Email privacy@flaunto.ai from the address on the account, with the subject line “Delete my Flaunto account”. If multiple addresses are associated with the org, send the request from the owner address.
During the alpha there is no in-app delete button — that will arrive in a later release. Email is the supported channel for now.
2. What we delete
- All organization data: drafts, scheduled posts, voice profiles, and approvals.
- Synced products and product images.
- Encrypted OAuth tokens for Shopify and Instagram.
- Generated images and videos stored in our object storage (Cloudflare R2).
- Your Clerk authentication record.
3. What we retain
- Stripe invoices — retained for 7 years per Australian tax law.
- Anonymised aggregate analytics — counts that cannot be tied back to your account or content (e.g. “total captions generated this month”).
- Audit logs required by our processors for fraud and abuse investigation, retained for the period each processor specifies (typically 90 days).
4. Timeline
We confirm receipt of deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation. You'll receive an email when the deletion is complete.
