Flaunto is operated by NIOVI Organics Pty Ltd (ABN 60 619 527 374), trading as Flaunto. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights. Questions go to privacy@flaunto.ai.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name and email (via Clerk), authentication tokens, and the organization name you provide.
- Connected accounts — OAuth tokens for Shopify and Meta (Instagram / Facebook). Stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
- Catalog data — product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and metadata synced from your Shopify store.
- Generated content — captions, hashtags, images, and videos produced by AI on your behalf, plus your edits and approvals.
- Usage logs — request timestamps, error events, and aggregate counts used for billing meters and operational monitoring.
2. How we use it
We process your data only to operate and improve Flaunto for you. We do not use customer content to train AI models, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Storage and security
Personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). OAuth tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest with strong symmetric keys. Production data access is restricted to a small operations group on a need-to-know basis.
4. Service providers and overseas disclosure
To deliver the service, we share limited personal information with third-party providers across the categories below. Personal data is transferred outside Australia — primarily to the United States — under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We choose providers with appropriate security and data-protection commitments and review them periodically. A current list of named providers is available on request to privacy@flaunto.ai.
5. Retention
- Account and business data — kept for the lifetime of your account.
- Deletion requests — processed within 30 days of confirmation.
- Pending waitlist entries — auto-purged 180 days after submission.
- Stripe invoices — retained 7 years per Australian tax law.
- Anonymised aggregate analytics — retained indefinitely.
